Please note that all fields are required to register a coach. If a piece of information is missing, the registration cannot continue. Coaches will only appear on your school’s page once all information has been verified and approved by the JPSFA.
Each coach must provide one or more of the following to confirm credentials: SACE Certificate, Police Clearance Certificate, or a School Affiliation Letter (form available for download on your school’s page). Coaches without one of these forms uploaded will not be verified and cleared for participation.

Register a Player
Please note that all fields are required to register a player. If a piece of information is missing, the registration cannot continue. Players will only appear on your school’s page once all information has been verified and approved by the JPSFA.
Ensure that the player’s year of birth is correct according to birth certificate. If the wrong year is inputted, the registration will not be verified.
Players will automatically be placed into their correct age group according to year of birth. However, if you wish to move a player up an age group, please contactinfo@jpsfa.co.za to request this once your registration is completed. THIS WILL BE PERMITTED BY LIMITED EXCEPTION ONLY.
