AGE GROUPS FOR 2024
U9 born in 2015
U10 born in 2014
U11 born in 2013
U12 born in 2012
U13 born in 2011
U14 born in 2010

GENDERS
All fixtures are gender-specific. (Mixed teams in Mini-League only)

FORMAT AND FIXTURES
Boys League U9 & U10
• Seven-a-side format
• Team consists of a goalkeeper and six outfield players
• Half-sized field with suitably reduced goal area
•The offside law does not apply  
• Games consist of two halves of 15 minutes each
• A size 3 football is used

Boys League U11 – U14
• 11-a-side format
• Full-sized field
• Games consist of two halves of 20-minutes each  
• A size 4 football is used

Girls League U14 (includingU12 and U13)
• 11-a-side format
• Full-sized field
• Games consist of two halves of 20-minutes each
• A size 4 football is used

CONFIRMATION OF MATCHES AND VENUE
Schools are instructed to confirm fixtures and venues at least one week in advance. When confirming, the venue will be determined by ONE of the following:
1. The size and number of fields available.
2. The most senior / qualified referee has the right to officiate whether the game is played at home or away.  (Qualification must be presented).
In the event schools know that their pupils will be on tour, they are requested to inform their opponents of this at the start of the season.
